Ok, I am sorry about the currently seeding of the tournament; I assigned the first rounds correctly. But for the second rounds it appears that I needed to add the second place team(s) near the bottom of the bracket. I do not usually make these as frequently as I should, since it is a task that is delegated to the competition manager.
In making these brackets teams were placed in the order in which they were ranked, looking back I should have looked closely at those rankings and took out anyone that had forfeit losses. Currently the system doesn't award points for a forfeit win; this shall be corrected in the next season by ensuring that if someone does have a forfeit win that they are able to make it up by playing another team that also had a forfeit win for that same map in their division. Any team that gets two forfeit losses shall be removed from the league to avoid a team that is dead from being scheduled against any active teams.
Currently we are working to get staff onboard and trained appropriately, hopefully this time I can get more active staff members. Anyone that applies to be a staff member please read over the list of requirements to ensure that you will be able to handle the responsibilities. Prior to this season I have had no experience with the current system that is in place and had to learn on the fly as it was created when train was the competition manager. Yes, this season has been rocky from start to finish, but I hope that you will remain as it can only get better as I begin to understand the new system that was put in place and make the required changes to make it better. The cfg shall be reviewed and fixed for next season if you find anything else that needs to be changed or fixed please let us know. If we don't know something isn't working right we can't get it fixed and working correctly until we are notified of the situation.
The last thing I would like to state is for the community to remember that staff members have volunteered their time to make this league possible. It has been ongoing issues that staff members are abused to the point that they leave suddenly and without much notice given. I ask that you treat them as you wish to be treated and let’s work as a group to fix these issues and make this the best experience possible.

This is being done at the moment, last week I ended up in the ER due to Right Levator Scapula Syndrome which appears to be related to stress. I would have had these corrected sooner, but have been icing and taking meds to get this pain to stop.
One reason I went with 16 instead of 12 teams is that the current tournament system only supports on of the following: 4. 8 , 16 or 24 I am putting in a request to have this altered to allow 12 teams. Currently the only other solution would to be giving byes to teams inorder to resolve this situation. As I though that teams would complain with either of these solutions I added a team for every slot. In division one I only scheduled the top three active teams to play and thought that as the first team was first for a reason that they should have gotten the bye. This appears to have been incorrect and I appologize for that, and no I am not a major fan of sports and this is also the responsibility of the competition manager to setup which it appears has been an ongoing issue this season with finding a suitable competition manager for TF2.

Ok, all tournament match comm's have been deleted as a result of my updating the brackets, I have also caculated and combined teams in Division 4 to make it as accurate as possible.
I shall be asking if teams would like to pick their own maps for playoffs or if they would like a standard map list. I understand that some of these matches have been sheduled and played already if that is the case please provide scorecard screenshots so that these may be reported accurately to reflect the results of those matches.
At this time it is only myself that is handling all things related to TF2, please forgive me for the confusion and delays. I shall be conducting interview shortly to fill in the vacant admin spots, also shall be assisted by at least one other member of senior staff so we can get this league back inorder.

Does this mean that there is a new deadline in div 4 to play our first match?

So just to make sure I undestand, we lost our playoff spot (in Div 4) because of the forfeit wins we had since 5 of our 8 schedules opponents never showed up and/or answered us in match comms?

Ok, I am going to recalculate this and see where you team lands as it would appear that you would have landed in the playoffs. If any team was tied I went by wins and losses to determine who gets what position, and anyone that had two forfeit losses wasn't considered.
Yes, a new timeline shall be added for these matches as these changes needed to be done to solve the problems with the brackets. I should have made a news release stating that we would take a break for about a week to allow for proper seeding of teams and to make sure everything was correct.
