Afiak rtcw convert maps cant be used in TWL due to legal stuff. Ice > sub anyhow.

From the information I have been given, the use of some textures in an ET wouldnt prevent it from being 'legal'. However, when you completely port an RTCW map over to ET, this is a violation of the EULA.

So even if ALL of the textures were redone and maybe some rails were taken off some catwalks and an mg42 was added somewhere, plus the ET things added...would it still violate the EULA? I mean if you port the map without changing anything thats one thing, but if you redo ALL of the textures to make it look completely different I think that qualifies it to be a different map.

No, if that was the case, that would be 'legal' from my understanding. We all know of maps out there are exact copies of the RTCW version with just the et features added. These are the ones that violate the EULA.

All that stuff is easy to fix... and I'll be sure to get it into the next release...
All except the railing thing... I have to clue wtf is going on there...
There is nothing in the map that should be doing that... its just a regular railing like all the other ones...

Very minor, but I noticed near allied spawn there are two rectangular lights which don't appear to have textures. These are the lights on the walls. I saw two that had black centers with orange edges. maybe that's what you want. I know one one the lights in question was near a hole in a floor between the lower and upper level somewhere near the allied spawn.

also there should be more room between the walway and the wall so you can drop down from above the flag straight into the water
