I tried to upload it into TribalWar, TribesMedia and ESReality, but... it is not so easy as I thought... and I still have no answers from admins... So you can download it at 15 KB/s and watch in a few hours or wait a few days - your choice :-)

If you forgot to compress the audio like I did on pure the first time, you can use VirtualDub to do that. There are a few tutorials on the web for it.
THere's no reason that the movie should be 190mb though unless it's over 30 mins long
